To Me, the Storm!

Description

"And a man stood there, at the centre of it all. He was tall and strong, with light hair and regular features. He might have been saying something, for his mouth was open, but if he was, I could not make it out over the wind. The rain was moving--up? Outward? It was hard to say, but now I at least knew who this man was. For he was, had to be, the legendary Stormbringer, the legendary figure who controlled the weather, good and bad. 'The Bringer of Storms walks tonight', the old saying went; the oft left-unsaid second part was, 'And may he smile upon our endeavours'."
This is one of my older drawings, and I really had to get this uploaded, the sooner the better. Once more, my mom's iPad camera was the "scanner"; I may eventually get a high -quality scan up. I was, before you ask, partially inspired by Michael Moorcock's Elric Saga, at least for the appearance; the snippet above is just something I made up for the occasion.
