Olympus Street Scene, Morning

So, one morning I woke up after this weird dream. This isn't unusual for me, and I couldn't remember half of it--again, not unusual. I could remember just two things: a concept for a TV show, possibly involving the Muppets, and this image, which I believe was to be the main setting for the show. From what i can remember, the main action was to revolve around the building on the right-hand corner, Moe's Music, somehow. Inability to remember the exact details caused me to build up a whole word--all from this one sketch. I would like to know what the concept was, though--especially since it involved Muppets. Muppets, as we all know, are awesome. The thing over the building in the upper left-hand corner either is some odd broadcast antenna or indicates the tenant is a worshipper of Poseidon, the Greek god of the sea.
